Does Baremont help with neuropathy?
Yes. Our shoes are designed with a wide toe box, non-binding upper, slip-resistant sole, and flexible design to encourage circulation and reduce pressure on sensitive nerves.
Are Baremont shoes good for plantar fasciitis?
Yes. The ergonomic design helps reduce heel and fascia pressure, supports natural arch alignment, and promotes healthy movement.
Do Baremont shoes have arch support?
They follow a barefoot philosophy with a minimalist sole and no built-in arch support. Optional insoles can be added if you prefer extra support.
Do they run true to size?
We recommend selecting the size you most often wear. If you are between sizes or usually wear a half size, we suggest sizing up. For better guidance, please refer to our size chart available on every product page.
Can I wear socks with them?
Yes. They’re comfortable barefoot or with socks. Moisture-wicking socks may improve hygiene and fit.
Are they washable?
Yes. Most models can be wiped with a damp cloth. Insoles can be removed and hand-washed. For deeper cleaning, use a gentle machine cycle.

You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, in original condition, and in packaging. See our Return Policy for details.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.
Can I cancel my order?
